      Pros

      Good system and technology equipment are top of the line. People are nice to work with and the work area is good.

      Cons

      Work tend to pile up sometimes as there is no clear communication and delegation of tasks. Also, I think there is little opportunity for growth.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
