      Great development opportunities Nice people across multiple functions Global presence with many opportunities to travel Pay is OK, benefits are good

      Cons

      Matrix organization can make things difficult to get done - although this is changing somewhat Pay is OK, not great Large company problems like bureaucracy like any other similar sized company Pending acquisition by a nationalized Chinese company creates a lot of uncertainty

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
