      Depending on where you work, culture and benefits are really good.

      Cons

      Constant change. Reorganization or restructuring happens every two years. Sometimes reversing what was put in place.No focus on development or succession planning.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
