      innovative environment, flexibility, friendly culture

      Cons

      Lately leadership made disappointing decisions on outsourcing tech roles too much. In my opinion they're shooting themselves into their leg, since there is very few in-house people with technical know-how.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
