      Pros

      Generally good coding standards and architecture. You always get all of Christmas off.

      Cons

      Sweatshop working conditions and cult-like culture. If they decide that you're not "one of us" they close ranks and bully you out. One of the Product Owners is particularly aggressive, verging on abusive. The "Head of People" is also horrible. Treating people with this level of contempt really isn't acceptable. A definite lack of class and decency from some people there, but I dare say it's normal for the City of London.

      Nothing good to say at all

      Cons

      Management decided that during a team meeting was the time to call out one staff member on tasks they had yet to do which was not even within the job description not to mention they had a 1 on 1 meeting after the meeting.

      Pros

      They put a lot of effort into making you feel welcome and appreciated. There are initiatives for rewarding those who demonstrate the company values. Self-improvement is taken seriously and is much encouraged. Developers also get paid nicely. No reason to go elsewhere.

      Cons

      They're careful about who they hire. It may be difficult to get in.
