Management decided that during a team meeting was the time to call out one staff member on tasks they had yet to do which was not even within the job description not to mention they had a 1 on 1 meeting after the meeting.

Generally good coding standards and architecture. You always get all of Christmas off.

Sweatshop working conditions and cult-like culture. If they decide that you're not "one of us" they close ranks and bully you out. One of the Product Owners is particularly aggressive, verging on abusive. The "Head of People" is also horrible. Treating people with this level of contempt really isn't acceptable. A definite lack of class and decency from some people there, but I dare say it's normal for the City of London.
