      remote work is great and no meetings on fridays (not always enforced but generally) makes it easy to balance what you want to do and work.

      Cons

      pay could be better for the amount of work that you do and how much the company relies on a who you know basis.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
