      They act as if they care a lot. Which will make you feel good in starting. They will also make you feel as no other company is better than this

      Cons

      Low hike max 6% for every one. No growth. Full syndicate of old employees. Lots of favourite play.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
