      Daily Team, Manager, and Coach communication. Opportunities for advancement within Synchrony. (Desired roles may be challenging to get into as once filled as people tend to stay in those roles.) Some Flexibility. Remote work. Time off.

      Cons

      Note: any and all customer service roles can be challenging. Large call volumes at times. Regular procedure updates may be challenging for some.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
