Pros

I like the benefits and work-life balance here.

Cons

I don't like the low compensation and unrealistic metrics. It's frustrating to be expected to meet targets when you're transferred to assist with accounts you're not trained for, especially when those accounts still count toward your performance evaluation. On top of that, you're expected to handle calls without extra compensation, and all you get in return is "Thank you for your flexibility!"—which doesn't justify the heavy workload.

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

Cons

Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
