Paid time off and work from home

Cons

Customers are verbally abusive, it’s hard to get promoted, you are on the phone the whole time. Little to no down time and the job itself is very hard. The training is not very through you have the be a good self teacher. 3 years with the company and I still learn something new everyday.

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

Cons

Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
