      Great pay and great benefits.

      Cons

      Direct managers were great but those leading the functional areas left a lot to be desired. Work/Life Balance is touted but in Finance/Accounting it's not really adhered to. Caters to non exempt staff.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
