this is for the customer service department only - everything is a con. they have no clue what they are doing. everything negative about this department or position written on here is accurate. no communication. so many times i waited for a quewstion to be answered out of training and it would take 10 to 60 minutes each time. but your calls have to be short. just read the other reviews, those ones are true.
