      Benefits are fantastic, to a point they become detrimental. On site amenities are good too

      Cons

      Impossible to fire dead weight even after multiple firable offenses, senior managers (7 on my site) act like high school clique and never engage with anyone, if theyre even on site.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
