There's very little opportunity to grow or get promoted if you come from the outside. There's a severe bias for promotions towards people who were participants in the Business Leadership Program. No opportunities if you didn't do that program 10+ years ago. Hiring managers within the company have already decided who they're choosing for a position before it's even posted. The CEO announced that next year there will no backfills or new positions in the company which is shocking considering the few opportunities that existed in 2023. Don't believe HR's lies about career growth: You will be stuck at the level you enter the company at forever.
