Pros
I love our CEO! Brian is really great, he has such humility and he cares and when employees give feedback, we can be sure that we will see changes for the better. I love the flexibility of work from home model which works great for all of us, it makes people happy which is contagious, when everyone is happy, our collaboration is amazing, and we get the job done. The company is generous with time off, great compensation, and bonuses. Really love the fact that managers have no input in bonuses, you get what is offered to you when you sign your offer letter. This is the first company I see this in my career, most companies give each team a pool and it gets cascaded down to the bottom, so if you play politics well, you get good bonuses. This approach of giving out bonuses is transparent, and honest which speaks so much about the company. Really great place to work all around. I really love the company and want to dedicate 110% of my effort to do my job better everyday to contribute to the company’s growth.
Cons
Health benefits could use some improvements. Most companies have rewards program where you complete certain health activities and you get premium payments reduced or get cash rewards which will go towards medical expenses. This is the one improvement opportunity I can see.
