      Company is no good for introverts. They expect you to participate in as many activities as possible. Your participation is a great asset to your growth opportunities in the company. Activities are during the day, if you work third shift is most likely that you will not be able to go. There is Flex Time and other ways off flexible schedule. Rarely can is available, unless is for company request and benefit.
