Pros

They provide reps with equipments for remote jobs and have a good tech team to help issues.

Cons

The system they used to track work time is so inneficient. You will have to do it on multiple systems and if you forget to clock in on one of it, it'll mess up your pay. And they take months to resolve it

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

Cons

Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
