Leadership takes initiatives to keep employees happy. They do things like ice cream fair, free pizza and gifts. But they should also track the happiness of work culture of employees to the first level of employees
Cons
Management or team leaders follow micro management practices, not good work culture. Plus night shifts all the time. Had to leave because of these issues
