Pros
Medical, Dental, etc. benefits are good. Employees pay based on their salary. The less your salary, the less you pay for your benefits. The higher your salary, the more you pay for your benefits.
Cons
After completing the required time as a Call Center Representative, get out of the role by applying internally for other positions as soon as you can. Being a Call Center Representative means you have no control over your schedule, you can't even get up to use the bathroom unless it's during your strictly designated 15 minute break or 30 minute lunch and you will be verbally abused by customers all day while the company does not do anything to support you. If a customer complains about you and you did nothing wrong, you will get written up. It's a very stressful and demeaning job.
