      Pros

      - Work-life is quite relaxed - You will party so often

      Cons

      - Management is too poor - You will not get noticed for your work - My experience is not good here. I have joined here as FTE, In my project I have done 80% of the work, and one of my colleagues done the rest work and he/she got full time but not me. I don't know on what parameter they have evaluated

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Cons

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
