Pros

From recruitment process until training, not organized. Poor training process especially if you get hired while work from home

Cons

None. Low salary offer, awful day offs since its split RD and slow equipments. You are not able to take in calls without the company issued laptop acting up

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

Cons

Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
