      Pros

      I was a long time GE employee which was a great company to work for, and was able to see Synchrony split from. GE and become a public company in 2014

      Cons

      The culture at Synchrony was completely different from. GE.. There didn't seem to be any work like balance with Synchrony.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Cons

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
