      Immediate healthcare benefits that are reasonable.

      Cons

      Everything else not listed in "Pros" Your basically paid in cheeseburgers, salaries are laughable on ALL levels. Upper management shifts so frequently no one knows what their doing. Lots of shady practices.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
