      In my area it was pay and flexibility

      Cons

      Way too many to list but the top few would be HR runs the company even though they have zero experience in any of the business areas or technology, Leadership in info Sec has no direction, if you are not a former GE employee you are not recognized, did I mention HR runs the company?

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Cons

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
