Pros
Synchrony is extremely invested in the success of its employees. They always supply all the necessary tools and trainings to be successful. Great W/L Balance, flexibility allows employees to be happy, but also feel responsible for completing their work. Truly a great company to work for in any chapter of your career.
Cons
Not many Cons, may ask you to relocate but have recently been putting emphasis on remote employees and hotel desks.
