Pros

Managers and leadership show constant attention to the wellbeing of their agents. Constantly placing opportunities for agents to get recognized and develop their professional talents. There is healthy communication and coherent guidelines for what the company expects. Truly a proactive employment in regards to the fact that you are provided various options to help customers, which makes your own job less stressful. Best company i've worked for so far.

Cons

The interview and recruitment is brutal. It was after that i realized why. The company is very selective about who they employ because they have a naturally happy environment and do not want to bring anyone in who will bring down that environment with their attitude or lack there of. They are very selective, but in the end it's worth it if you're one of the few that gets in.

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

Cons

Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
