Not what it used to be - Anonymous employee Synchrony Employee Review

Based on my experience in the organisation, I don't have a lot of positives to cover. the leave structure needs to be revamped, job gets stressful most of the time. Managers don't have people management skills, they're just filling positions. Flexibility options are very less. Compensation is not up to industry standards.
