Pros
One of the best companies, with great benefits and they truly care for employees! It's hard to come across a company who actually cares about what you think.Also great pay plus incentive.Super laid back with dress code, and management overall is great and majority of managers do listen to you and care.
Cons
Not really any downside of working with company. If you have experience in a call center then you know the drill, you know coffee is your best friend and you are mainly behind a screen sitting in a chair.
