      Synchrony has great benefits. This company offers many opportunities for growth. They company is growing and does offer solid job security. I actually love my current role.

      The starting pay is low. I feel there could be better communication within the company

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
