At Synchrony Financial the people you meet truly care about your development. From the start, I was given challenging projects that I had the opportunity to present to senior leadership later in the summer while developing both my technical and qualitative skill sets.
Cons
There were not any negative takeaways from my experience at the company. I truly felt like a valued member of the team and enjoyed coming into work every day.
