Pros

Good training program. 6 week training includes time on phones while still in training. Different shifts are available. Good benefits, vacation, sick time and personal business time available

Cons

Lots of different systems to learn can be intimidating. Split days off so Sunday and another day but must work Monday and Saturdays. Helps to be computer savvy.

Pros

Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

Cons

Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
