      Pros

      The team is very symbiotic, ha ha. Actually, everyone gets along really well. Some of the nicer people I have worked with. I find the negative review odd since I don't know anyone here who seems capable of acting like that. Owner is generous with comp and benefits, and seems to really care that people are happy working here. Company is growing, seems like there's a high demand for services among customers.

      Cons

      Sometimes people microwave some funny smelling stuff for lunch.

      Pros

      I love the variety of work that we are involved in. New projects start often providing new opportunities to learn. It's a family owned company so it feels a lot like working with a large family.

      Cons

      Even though management puts in a lot of effort to make sure that no one is overloaded there are still times when it can be very busy.
