Interview
Talked to a total of 2 senior engineers and the president. They asked some good creative questions, but nothing overly technical. It was a entry level position I was applying for so they might go with more technical and medical device specific questions for those applying for a higher level of seniority. Overall everyone was easy to talk to and not intimidating

Interview
I interviewed three different persons individually, limiting the time every different interviewer and I had to go over the past experience and relevant topics.
I did not have dedicated/specific time to present the PPT I had created so I reviewed it based on the conversation topics.
I recommend them to make an agenda and put a separate time to the candidates.
