      Pros

      I worked at the corporate HQ. It's a very nice office with great amenities. The benefits in general are good and inexpensive compared to most plans. They have fun conferences every year. Willing to let people grow professionally. Industry that helps children.

      Cons

      Educate got their behind handed to them with the split from Laureate, and ever since then it went down hill. Lack of ability to launch online business caused struggling and eventual down sizing. Politics play too big a part in who gets paid an appropriate salary. Too many upper management changes.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
