      - decent curriculums - other tutors are nice and supportive

      Cons

      - often tutoring 3 kids of different age groups and subjects at once - severely underpaid - no info on learning styles and accommodation requirements given. Must figure that out on your own

      Pros

      The work culture used to be pretty great. The end of the year perks around Christmas have always been my favorite. Birthdays and holidays always acknowledged. The work itself is easy but tedious and often time consuming. They don't make you feel bad for using your vacation time.

      Cons

      Management tends to have a bit of favouritism. Men are taken more seriously than women. Certain long tenured people can get away with anything without any reprecussions. Bad behaviors are often excused.
