Their training school and Phoenix terminal are nice.

Cons

It took 3 days to get my first solo load, and they didn't give me all of the information. Hours wasted because planners miss basic things like trailer numbers. I had a broken bunk heater and told them I wouldn't got anywhere cold until it got fixed. They kept trying to send me north, even after agreeing.
