3yHi! We appreciate your feedback. We encourage you to talk to your leadership about your earning goals and what steps you can take to get closer to where you want to be. Additionally, they can provide you with a list of company contacts so that you know who to contact, depending on your needs.
At Swift, we have a dedicated Home Time Team who specifically handles home time requests, and we encourage you to reach out to them to ensure you are submitting your requests correctly and ensure you make it home when you need it.
Additionally, we have shops at majority of our terminals across the country. When you are away from your home terminal, we have On-Road, an emergency breakdown team that ensures you get the support you need while on the road.
Lastly, we also have Voice Your Choice (VYC). If a team or department is not providing the support you need to be successful, we encourage you to VYC. This is our internal YELP system that shares your feedback and rating directly with department leaders.
