Pros
Very Challenging Job or rather Career. I worked there for 13 years and never a dull moment and for most of the time, I felt needed and appreciated my last year there was 2009.
Cons
I left employment there as the result of a Smear by my boss. We had merged with another company called MS Carriers and I had worked for them before Swift. I had a run in with an old employee that was now my boss but when I worked for MS I was not her boss but at that level. I was set up to fail. Unfortunately I didn't press the issue as I was burned out by that time. I still regret to this day not fighting for my job more .
