Pros
Swift is a great company to get the necessary work experience for an entry level driver to get their foot in the door. Once in SWIft is contrated with many grocery chains many of which come with better pay and a more flexible schedule. Keep your nose clean and opportunity will knock
Cons
Its an entry level company getting very cheap labor out of its drivers. The 19-21 days out on the road are too much if your a family man and you spend 30% on the average of your own money just to live out on the road. So in my opinion OTR s not worth the money this company pays
