One word. Nepotism. If your not family or a suck up to the V.P.'s then you will never move up. Hard work and dedication means nothing anymore. If your head is not buried up a VP's butt then you will never rise above the crowd. Morale is in the garbage. If people didnt need a job so badly now the workers would be fleeing in droves. Freight is hard to come by now and due to past pricing errors Swift is not the carrier we once were. No doubt Swift will be at the door of congress by arch asking for "Stimulus" money very soon.
