Good driver managers and staff that will with you while you are still employed by them.
Cons
Shop needs lots of work in safety and now thanks to their neglect I have to get 4 disc replaced in my low spine and they wrongfully terminate me due to me having a anxiety attack when the private investigator violated my space by walking up on me with a video camera it not bad enough I was a loyal employee for swift who adhered to all safety procedures and processes now I have to deal with pain and restrictions of what I can an can't do for the rest of my life and I am only 33 year old mom.
