No life balance it's all work depsite them trying to act otherwise, I was told directly the only guaranteed days off I get are essentially days the shop would be forced to be closed (Example Christmas Day)
Swarovski talks a lot about allowing their employees to be unique and individual but that's very untrue considering at my shop we aren't even allowed to paint our nails.

The quality is plummeting and I've had products break right infront of customers multiple times. Interesting considering they've raised pirces 3-4 times this year already.
I had a week in my shop where we'd seen maybe 50 people total and they demand higher and higher sales. Always somehow the in store people's fault that traffic is low.
Corporate gets paid triple what we do, multiple vacations, and entire weeks of holidays off yet in store employees expected to sacrifice their entire lives for horrible pay.
Basically lying to customers are encouraged not shocked though it's luxury sales. (Eco friendly, 'nickle free, etc etc etc)
I could go on forever but I couldn't wait to leave. Steer clear unless you're desperate and have no other options.
