Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued.
Of course, we are thrilled when we get positive feedback and are glad to read that you work with “Great coworkers” and that you “got to learn a lot about jewelry”. As for your comment about “Most of the time we stare in to the air cuz we are so bored”, may we suggest you talk to your manager about this and use the down time to learn more about our products and to think of creative ways to reach out to your clients to improve traffic and sales. We are always getting new shipment, and this gives our clients a reason to visit multiple times a year. Sometimes brainstorming as a team is all it takes to move the dial on sales and service.
