Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, and Glassdoor is a platform that helps us understand what our employees are thinking. Of course, we are thrilled to read your list of Pros: “Good employee discount Friendly staff”, the employee discount is one of the most revered benefits we offer, and we love to see our Sparkling employees wearing our amazing products. We are also glad at your location that you worked with a good team as one of the cornerstones to our success is an inclusive environment where teamwork can flourish. As we are not sure what location you work at, it is not easy to address your concerns " Bad management - Long hours". At Swarovski we strive to create a positive work environment in each of our stores and corporate offices, to achieve this we have an open-door policy and a hotline to allow employees to share their concerns and ensure we address our employees concerns once reported in a timely matter. Our hope is that current employees will share their concerns and ideas for the betterment of the company with their immediate supervisor, a member of the HR team or Sr Management. As you are no longer working for us your concerns will be shared with Global HR and Sr Management in the London district as only with open and honest feedback can we improve the work environment. Pros

The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

Cons

Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

Limited support from regional and district leadership, particularly in satellite locations, which can feel isolating High turnover due to relatively low pay for Crystal Experts and Assistant Managers Budget constraints make it difficult to recruit and retain experienced, high-performing talent Teams may require significant development due to lower wage tiers, increasing workload and pressure on management Store conditions in some locations feel outdated, with limited investment in remodels or upgrades Compensation structure for hourly roles does not always align with expectations or workload
