We understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, as they are an integral part of adding sparkle to everyday life. We are also glad that you valued the benefits we provided, as we review the company benefits on a yearly basis and are always striving to improve the benefits we offer to both Full-Time and Part-Time employees.
As for your concern over consistency in communication, we want to thank you for your feedback and assure you we are addressing this thru enhancement to Coco –the Retail communication program, additional employee town-halls, and the role out in our retail stores of GROM (Global Retail Operation Model) to ensure we are providing standardization for how we communicate with our stores and how we run them. We will continue to make enhancements to our communication as we strive to be more transparent and consistent in our communication. We also want to wish you much success in your career.
