We understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible. We also value constructive employee and customer feedback and thank you for sharing your concerns: “Lower pay, never promotes from within.” We are constantly evaluating our pay scales based on local markets and employee feedback and to that end, we recently implemented a new bonus program to address employee concerns over compensation. In addition, we are proud to share with you that in our Retail Stores in the United States, since the start of 2019 we have promoted 17 employees to management positions. We have also had several promotions in our corporate offices since the start of 2019. If you are interested in a promotional opportunity, we recommend you work with your immediate supervisor on an Individual Development Plan to help you achieve your goals.
