Pros
Good health care, dental and vision, 401K with an employer match, modern Downtown Pasadena office, and pre ipo stock options. Founder is charismatic, personable, and a visionary.
Cons
Compensation lower compared to Silicon Valley, quota attainment is impossible and comp plans pay out almost nothing unless you hit 100% of quota which is unattainable. Substantial turnover in staff from people who were very successful elsewhere. Currently lack of saas expertise internally and difficulty retaining and recruiting revenue driving personnel.
