Worst demeaning Bitter toxic environment - Toxicity is tolerated and appreciated - managers yell condescending remarks for employees - No recognition for hardwork - maximum output is expected when the products itself is poorly made and poor quality. - Super high attrition rate - Resignations are not taken seriously and the notice period is not as per the policy. They force employees to extend even though their notice period ends. If denied the employees are given threats of getting their relieving letter clawed. Employees resigning with immediate effect are marked absconding. No rewards given when won.
