I have been working at Superdry part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

great place to work, management very friendly towards everyone like to get to know you. Lots of nights out/ celebrations paid by the company if our store wins a competition within our region. clothing allowance for summer and winter works out £150-200 free clothing to wear as uniform in the store.

    Cons

If working part-time if is hard to work your way up the benefits ladder to get a pay rise due to management hardly seeing you.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps make it easier for part-timers to get to the pay rise level.

I have been working at Superdry part-time

    Pros

Worked with the best team, everyone was so lovely. Fun incentive games during shifts.

    Cons

Employees are treated like sales bots. Pushed to your limits to sell for very basic wage.

    Advice to Management

Respect staff more. Don't promise progression when there's no room for it at that time.

I worked at Superdry full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great employee discount and amazing nation package.

    Cons

Didn't have working internet for the first 7months of business. No structure!!!! Upper mgmt has poor communication. No templets of best practices. You are left to kinda just figure out things for yourself. There is no guideline of floor sets. The regional visual will come in a help out but hard to plan and set for success when there are no guidelines. DM didn't support stores well. When you would send communication you wouldn't get a response back. I have worked retail for over 13 years and never worked for a company that doesn't seem to know whats going on. Everything is always charging from one minute to the next with no communication. If you are thinking of working here in the US pass.

    Advice to Management

    Do better!!!!!
