    Pros

    Interact with cool co workers when you work.

    Cons

    Pay is not worth it. You only work 6 hours when its not the holidays. Management does not tend to employee needs. Must fold and put everything back neatly after closing. No chance of advancement. No benefits

    Pros

    The company itself takes care of the employees excellently. Employees get a clothing allowance and discounts!

    Because it is a newer company, they are learning when it comes to techniques and corporate regulations.

    I worked at Superdry full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    50% staff discount & up to 70% discount in staff shop at Head Office. Subsidised canteen, Christmas office party, great training (lunch & learn etc). Relaxed atmosphere and friendly teams.

    Cons

    Very busy at peak times & shifts include unsociable hours to keep the e-commerce department running in December (6 pm to 2 am).

    Pros

    Good staff discount ... and that's about it

    Cons

    Hard to progress pay grade when in particular store (mine). Didn't appreciate hard workers. Manipulative and use negative reinforcement, as opposed to positive. I hated working here, I nearly walked out on a couple of occasions.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your staff better!
